- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of olive oil

- Aluminum foil

Method
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub.
- Rub the dry rub all over the front and back of the ribs, making sure to coat evenly.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill or smoker to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

- Remove the ribs from the aluminum foil and brush the marinade all over the ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill or smoker and cook for approximately 2 1/2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Baste the ribs with the marinade every 30 minutes.
- Remove the ribs from the grill or smoker and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
