- 1 tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth

Method
1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the beef cubes in batches until browned on all sides. Transfer to the slow cooker. 2. Stir to combine. 3. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or until the beef is tender and the flavours have melded together. 4.
