- 200g unsalted butter
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp instant coffee granules
- 85g plain flour
- 40g cocoa powder
- 50g white chocolate
- 50g milk chocolate
- 3 large eggs
- 275g golden caster sugar

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan)/ 350°F/gas mark 4. Line an 8-inch square baking tin with baking paper.
- Melt 200g unsalted butter and 200g dark chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add 1 tsp instant coffee granules to the mixture and stir well.
- In a separate mixing bowl, sift 85g plain flour and 40g cocoa powder together.
- Chop 50g white chocolate and 50g milk chocolate into small pieces and set aside.
- In another mixing bowl, whisk 3 large eggs and 275g golden caster sugar together until they become pale and fluffy.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir well.
- Gradually sift in the flour and cocoa powder mixture and stir until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped white and milk chocolate pieces.
- Pour the mixture into the lined baking tin and bake in the preheated oven for around 25 minutes.
- Once baked, let the brownies cool in the tin before removing and slicing into squares.
Notes
