  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 6-7 cloves
  • 6-7 green cardamom pods
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks

  • 2 cups water

  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)

Method

Follow these steps to make the best biryani with mutton:

  13. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
