- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Preheat the frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the bacon to the pan and cook until crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the bacon is cooking, toast the bread in the toaster.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one lettuce leaf on top of the mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
- Once the bacon is crispy, remove it from the pan and place it on a paper towel to drain.
- Place two slices of bacon on top of the lettuce on each slice of bread.
- Add a few slices of tomato on top of the bacon on each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the tomato slices.
